Role Purpose
The Senior Manager, Creative (Brand & Multi-Market), IBERIA, partners with the Creative Director to drive integrated, high-impact creative work across Coca-Cola's brand portfolio. This role places strong emphasis on operationalizing creative strategy, leading the adaptation and localization of creative platforms for both the Spanish and adjacent European markets, and fostering cross-market creative innovation. The Senior Manager ensures the seamless translation of big creative ideas into effective, on-brand executions across all channels and touchpoints. The role also requires a strong understanding of the broader Integrated Marketing ecosystem, ensuring creative work is developed with a clear connection to media, commerce, retail media, shopper marketing and performance-oriented disciplines to maximize business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end adaptation, localization, and execution of multi-market creative platforms, ensuring both global consistency and locally relevant impact.
- Serve as a bridge between the Creative Director's strategic vision and hands-on implementation by guiding agency and internal teams, and monitoring creative output across projects.
- Develop and adapt creative toolkits, guidelines, and playbooks to facilitate high-quality campaign deployment in Spain and export best practices at global/regional level.
- Collaborate with local brand teams, commercial leads, and external partners to inspire on-brand executions across ATL, BTL, digital, experiential, and in-store (shopper toolkits).
- Support the Creative Director in aligning creative work with business priorities, ensuring creative outputs contribute to brand growth, equity, and measurable commercial results.
- Champion cultural insight and emerging creative trends relevant to the Spanish market and adjacent regions, proactively sharing knowledge with the broader team.
- Oversee creative quality control, feedback, and development processes for major projects, ensuring all work achieves excellence in craft and effectiveness.
- Ensure creative ideas are designed to work effectively across the full marketing ecosystem, including owned, earned and paid channels, retail media environments and commerce platforms.
Key Requirements
- Significant experience (8+ years) in creative roles (agency or client-side), with strong creative leadership across multi-touchpoint campaigns with digital and social at the core.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong project management and creative production skills, including briefing, creative reviews, and hands-on content adaptation.
- Demonstrated ability to localize global creative platforms for the Spanish market while maintaining alignment with global guidelines and commercial objectives.
- Strong collaborator, able to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with an operational mindset: able to convert strategic vision into detailed creative implementation plans.
- Familiarity with media, retail media platforms, digital commerce environments and performance-oriented marketing, with a clear understanding of how creative contributes to both brand equity and commercial outcomes.
- Track record of delivering creative excellence that drives both brand equity and measurable commercial results, using data, consumer insights and performance metrics to continuously optimize creative effectiveness

Pay Range:
Spain: 65,700 EUR - 91,400 EUR
