We are looking for a talented and agile Recruiter who will attract, source, assess, and retain candidates for contact center roles within a multitude of industries.
Work setup:
- Remote (Florida)
- Dayshift, Eastern Time (Flex)
- Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified individuals for various projects: actively recruit qualified applicants.
- Maintain an accurate representation of Teleperformance to all applicants.
- Review, monitor, and coordinate pre-employment applications in the CCMS database, including applicant interview schedules, pre-screening, testing, initial interviews, second interviews, orientation sessions, and training class schedules.
- Review all new-hire paperwork to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with other HR functions as needed and when time permits.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Follow up on customer inquiries by taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
- Work with confidential customer information.
- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment.
- Participate in additional training courses when needed.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- High-volume recruiting or HR experience preferred.
- Ability to travel locally for career fairs.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Internet savvy with strong computer navigation skills.
- Ability to use desktop computer systems and hardware (e.g. mouse, keyboard).
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to perform additional duties assigned by management.
