Position:
The Miami office was established in 2025, and the market has shown immediate traction. This is a senior-facing, commercially focused role responsible for owning and growing a specific segment of the Florida market: the highest-value interior designers, purchasing agents, and developer clients where Artemest can win at scale.
This is not a generalist account management position. The remit is focused, high-value, and built for someone who wants to make a market their own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for key trade accounts across Florida: interior designers, purchasing agents, real estate developers, and luxury retail clients
- Build and manage a strong project pipeline with regular reporting to the VP on status, velocity, and revenue contribution
- Execute strategic account plans aligned with US revenue goals and Artemest's global positioning
- Identify and present upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the Artemest product portfolio
- Represent Artemest at industry events, trade shows, showroom appointments, and client activations across Florida
- Maintain accurate CRM records and project documentation in coordination with the Sales and Project Coordinator
- Stay current on Florida market dynamics, key design firms, and competitor activity
The Account Manager works in close partnership with a dedicated Sales and Project Coordinator already in place in Miami. The coordinator handles CRM, quoting, proposals, order coordination, and post-sale execution, freeing the AM to focus on pipeline growth and closing.
What we're lookig for:
- Market Fluency: An established network within Florida's luxury interiors and design community. Knows the key firms, the key principals, and how they buy.
- Commercial Drive: Proven track record in luxury goods, design, or high-end trade sales. Comfortable owning a pipeline and closing complex, multi-touchpoint opportunities independently.
- Brand Fit: Polished and client-facing. Someone who can represent Artemest at the highest level of the design market.
- Autonomy: Comfortable operating independently in a field-based role. Self-directed, structured, and disciplined without daily oversight.
- Project Fluency: Experience with bespoke and custom orders, FF&E procurement cycles, and the rhythms of large residential and hospitality projects.
