Java Software Engineer

Job Description

• Contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to team discussions and suggest ideas for improvements.
• Learn to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with the team to estimate tasks and deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong interest in building high-quality software solutions.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least one year working experience is required.
• Basic knowledge or academic experience in Java programming (Java EE or Spring framework).
• Understanding of concepts like Dependency Injection and microservices is a plus.
• Basic knowledge with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and relational databases like MySQL is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative environment.
• Able to read, speak and write in mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Location: KL Eco City

Salary: RM5,000 - RM 7,000
