Job Responsibilities
- Conduct user experience evaluation and research on POI products for TikTok US business, formulate data evaluation standards. Collaborate with product and labeling teams to iterate evaluation capabilities and deliver evaluation results, and take accountability for delivery quality of evaluation outputs and manual operation efficiency.
- Research the launches and iteration updates of competitors in the local services industry, and propose product recommendations and matched solutions for diverse business scenarios.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in local services, maps / location-based services or O2O industries.
- Proven track record of driving business metrics through campaigns or growth initiatives, especially in user permissions, product adoption, or funnel optimization.
- Strong learning agility and ownership mindset; able to quickly understand new products, policies and systems, and independently drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of coordinating multiple teams and pushing complex initiatives end-to-end under ambiguity and pressure.
- Strong data literacy and structured thinking; comfortable using data to define problems, evaluate performance, and make decisions.
- Goal-driven, resilient and detail-oriented; able to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution and rapid iteration.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong product and data sense, data analytics and problem solving skillset
- Deep understanding of user behavior and in-app experience is a plus.
- Experience with dashboards, experiments or SQL is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $220400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
