Title: Junior .NET Developer

Location: Fort Worth, TX

• 3 days onsite; Wednesday required

Position Responsibilities (Day‑to‑Day)

• Design, build, and enhance applications using .NET / C# (with .NET 8 minimum)
• Support migration from legacy systems to modern architectures, including microservices over time
• Balance new feature development with short‑term maintenance of existing systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand priorities and future platform needs
• Write clean, maintainable code following strong engineering best practices
• Leverage AI tools in daily development workflows (testing, boilerplate code, do

Required Skills / Qualifications

Technical Requirements

• Strong expertise in .NET / C#
• Experience with .NET Core
• Backend development experience in production environments
• Basic SQL skills and experience working with data sets
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Experience building REST APIs
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Ability to explain how they use AI today and how they would use it in this role

Experience & Education

• Targeting 2-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• No specific certifications required

Preferred Skills / “Nice to Have”

• Payments Industry experience
• Full‑stack exposure
• React preferred (Angular acceptable; team is moving toward React)
• Familiarity with GraphQL (with expectation they will help move away from it)
• Practical experience using AI in development workflows
