Software Engineer – Diagnostic Imaging Platform (m/f/d)

Contribute to an outstanding medical product platform for image-based diagnosis running as desktop and web application to support our customers on optimal patient treatment. 
Join one of our well-established SCRUM teams and be part of a development team of around 50 people. 

 

Your tasks are 

  • development and maintenance of our high-end Enterprise Imaging solution 

  • development of reusable components for cloud-hosted medical imaging applications 

  • participation in planning and design of the overall system 

  • development of automated integration and unit tests 

  • work with distributed teams across different time zones, bringing together diverse perspectives to solve complex challenges 

 

You’ll bring in 

  • a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science and/or advanced professional experience 

  • Java experience 

  • Experience with deploying microservices to a cloud- native environment (Kubernetes) 

  • Experience with automated tests on all levels of the testing pyramid (unit, API, e2e) 

  • Practical experience with AI-enabled software development, such as integrating AI services or using AI-supported development workflows 

  • Curiosity for new technologies, frameworks, and up-to-date methodologies in software development 

  • Solid English skills 

  • Bonus: Proficiency in Typescript (and Angular)

The minimum salary for this position is 55.000 € p.a. The actual compensation is dependent on qualification and experience.
