Salary: AED 15,000 per month

Role Summary

We're looking for a talented Tech and AI Integration Officer to help build the technological backbone of our firm — designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing the internal tools that power our operations.

This is a high-responsibility role, taking ownership of our in-house CRM, financial tools, client portals, and the data pipelines that keep information flowing accurately and securely. A rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of meaningful systems early/mid career, at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code with a strong focus on automation.

Build and enhance workflows, internal financial tools, client portals, and our in-house CRM.

Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines.

Integrate internal and third-party systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with diligence.

Collaborate with financial advisors to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

0–5 years of software development experience — talent matters more than tenure.

Solid programming fundamentals.

Airtable familiarity a plus.

Comfort with APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.

Basic finance/investment understanding a strong plus.

Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Notion, GitHub, or Claude Code a plus.

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Discretion with sensitive financial data.

Approachable, good energy, easy to work with.

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
