About The Role
We are looking for a full-stack developer to join our system development team in Global IT. As a team, we support NNE’s engineering project portfolios and build modern web applications that help colleagues work smarter across projects and locations.
In this role, you will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from concept and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and operation.
You will work alongside engineers, supporters and developers, take ownership of what you build, and help shape scalable, maintainable technical solutions. You will also review the work of peers across seniority levels and support knowledge sharing with less experienced colleagues.

How You Might Spend Your Days
As a full-stack developer you’ll be:
- Designing, building and maintaining modern web applications, APIs and services for NNE’s engineering project portfolios
- Contributing end-to-end from concept and technical design through development, testing, deployment and operation
- Collaborating with engineers, supporters, and developers to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions
- Shaping technical designs, reviewing code and helping improve quality, architecture and ways of working
- Supporting upskilling and sharing knowledge with junior colleagues and peers
- Taking ownership of deliverables, plans and prioritizes tasks, and makes sound decisions with limited oversight
- Structured, quality-focused, and result-oriented in the way you solve problems and deliver outcomes
- Collaborative and comfortable working with colleagues across disciplines, locations, and cultures
- Curious and proactive in suggesting improvements to tools, processes and technical solutions
- Supportive in code reviews and coaching, and open to learning from mistakes with high spirits and a sense of humor
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
- You have hands-on backend experience with a modern framework such as .NET, Node.js or Python, including RESTful APIs and common architectural/design patterns.
- You have strong frontend experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript, preferably with React and modern tooling such as Next.js or Vite.
- You have solid experience with relational database design, SQL, and agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
- You have experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-based application development, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
