Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver business solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using appropriate programming languages and technologies.
- Develop clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Demonstrate knowledge of scalable database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Build secure applications by implementing authentication, authorization, and secure coding best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, participate in code reviews, and maintain high code quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using DevOps best practices.
- Develop monitoring dashboards, logging, and alerting capabilities to improve application observability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Continuously improve engineering practices, application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Learn and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and enterprise engineering standards.
- Solve complex technical problems to ensure solutions are testable, maintainable, scalable, and efficient.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the education requirement, if applicable.
- 2+ years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of solutions using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies through iterative Agile development.
- 2+ years of experience working with one or more of the following: frontend technologies (UI/UX), middleware (microservices and APIs), database technologies, or DevOps.
- 2+ years of experience building microservices.
- 2+ years of experience developing and implementing business systems within an enterprise organization.
- Experience developing enterprise applications using Java and/or Python technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs and distributed applications.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Pay Range: $75,300.00 - $143,100.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
