As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative software solutions, and ensuring that applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging processes, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application performance and user experience. Your role will require effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work with version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
