Google utilizes AI tools to assist in assessing candidates in our hiring processes.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in software development in one or more general purpose programming languages.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience of building scalable ML system.
  • Experience in anti-abuse adversarial domain.
  • Experience in data analysis.

Canada: $150000 - $154000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Address complex problems in abuse fighting.
  • Work with the team to develop solutions to classify and understand actors and their assets, including destinations in Google Ads, using machine learning techniques.
  • Partner with teams to deliver solutions to detect and stop bad actors from re-entering Google Ads, and to reduce friction for good actors.
