We are seeking a dedicated Workflow & Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions to optimize business processes across various departments.
Requirements
Experience Range: 2+ years
Key Skills:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Workflow development using IBM BPM and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
- Hands-on experience with RPA
- Experience with BPMN modeling and process automation
- Experience with API integrations and backend connectivity
- Ability to translate business processes into workflow logic
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into workflow logic with business users and technical teams
- Understanding of automation best practices in workflow or process automation projects
- Experience with SDLC is advantageous
