Role Summary:

Have you started your ServiceNow developer journey, and looking for the next step? We seek junior ServiceNow developers to join our growing team. In this role you will participate in configuring and customizing the Client's ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including system configuration and development of custom features.
  • Support technical consulting and testing activities.
  • Follow implementation standards and technical best practices.
  • Provide expertise on technical questions related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Identify business requirements and contribute to the standardization of processes in design and deliverables.

    • Requirements:

  • Experience in ServiceNow development - at least 6 months.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

    • Advantages:

  • System integration experience using web-based technologies such as REST/SOAP, HTTP, CSS, XML
  • Experience in web application development
  • Experience with other ITSM software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • German language knowledge
