We at Coforge are currently looking to hire a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Germany.

Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated, fluent German-speaking graduates who are eager to launch their careers in low-code development using the Appian platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program on Appian BPM and related technologies
• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Appian-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements
• Support testing, debugging, and documentation of applications
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Graduates from 2023 / 2024 preferred
• Basic programming knowledge (Java, SQL, or scripting preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in German (C1 level or native) and good command of English
• Willingness to relocate and work from Germany
