Due to its expansion, LAS SOLUTIONS is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented Technical Solutions Junior Software Engineer that will serve as a vital link between clients and the development team. This role involves managing incoming technical issues, ensuring they are properly documented, and either resolving them directly or assigning them to the appropriate developers.

- Acting as the first technical point of contact for customer-reported issues
- Analysing, triaging, and documenting issues in a clear and structured manner
- Creating and managing tickets in the issue tracking system
- Assigning tickets to relevant developers when escalation is required
- Implementing small code changes and fixes when within scope
- Verifying and deploying programs and systems
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software
- Gathering and evaluating user feedback to enhance product quality
- Recommending and implementing improvements based on customer insights
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for reference and reporting
- Bachelor's degree or Certifications in IT or in a relevant field
- Up to two years' work experience
- Solid understanding of software development principles and lifecycle
- Basic coding skills in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.)
- Familiarity with issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, GitHub Issues, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A customer-first attitude and a passion for improving user experience
- Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language
- Knowledge of the German language will be considered as an asset
