Full Stack Developer (AI) — Associate

About the Role:

You will design, build, and ship AI-powered applications that sit at the heart of client engagements — from proof-of-concepts that win deals to production systems that transform how businesses operate. You'll work alongside consultants and data scientists to turn strategy into working software, fast.

What You'll Do:

• Build full-stack web applications (frontend + backend + integrations) that embed AI capabilities — think intelligent dashboards, agentic workflows, document processing pipelines, and conversational interfaces
• Integrate large language model APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, etc.) into client-facing products using streaming, structured outputs, and tool use
• Develop clean, maintainable UI components and responsive layouts; translate design mockups into polished, demo-ready interfaces
• Write backend services and APIs to support AI features — retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, data pipelines
• Participate in rapid prototyping sprints, iterating quickly based on client and stakeholder feedback
• Contribute to internal tooling and reusable component libraries that accelerate future engagements

What You Bring:

Must-have

• Proficiency in a modern JS framework (React or Vue) and comfort with HTML/CSS
• Working knowledge of at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, or TypeScript)
• Exposure to LLM APIs — you've called one before and understand prompt construction, tokens, and response handling
• Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database concepts (SQL or NoSQL)
• Strong problem-solving instinct; you can take an ambiguous brief and ship something tangible

Good to have:

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector) or RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerisation (Docker)
• Any prior client-facing, freelance, or internship experience
