Who you are

• You are a Google Ads expert, hands-on, who can show the specific ROAS or revenue you have personally driven through ads and explain exactly how you got there.
• You built that track record in-house at e-commerce or tech companies. Agency and freelance backgrounds are not a fit for this role.
• You have built or rescued cold email systems before and know the modern stack and deliverability considerations inside out.
• You are AI-native and work daily with concrete tools like Claude, Claude Code, and n8n to do more with less.
• You have a startup mindset: you move fast, own outcomes, and can point to big, measurable wins you drove yourself.
• You think like an owner: given a problem, you come back with a diagnosis and a plan, not a request for instructions.
• English level: C1 or above, written and spoken.

Puente Talent Partners connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies. This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a profitable 20-plus year old e-commerce company with eight-figure annual revenue, ranked in the top 1% of Amazon sellers in their category. They are now building a fast-growing direct B2B channel selling to institutional buyers nationwide. The company runs with a small team, no bureaucracy, and no unnecessary layers. You would be the single hire tasked with owning and building their outbound growth engine end to end. You will report directly to company leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to capture the B2B revenue the company knows it is leaving on the table today.

About the role

They are hiring one person to own and build their outbound growth engine end to end, the system that captures the B2B revenue they know they are leaving on the table today. This is a builder role, not maintenance. You diagnose what is not working, bring a plan, and implement it yourself.

What you will own

• Manage Google Ads end to end, reading seasonal buying patterns and adjusting spend, bidding, and messaging to maximize return on ad spend.
• Own cold email infrastructure, tighten existing systems, and scale them using AI tools for setup, sequencing, copy, and list-building.
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows that move leads through the pipeline and use closed-deal data to refine targeting over time.
• Stand up back-end email campaigns cleanly and without extensive hand-holding.
• Track all campaigns, document processes, and leave behind repeatable systems rather than tribal knowledge.

Compensation ranges from $2,000 to $4,000 USD per month, paid as a full-time contractor. Work is fully remote with flexible hours. You will receive a company laptop and direct access to leadership in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
