Senior .Net Engineer
Indexed description
Meniga builds financial intelligence for the world's leading banks - 100M+ users, 30+ countries. We're not the brand on the app. We're the layer underneath it - the one that makes the data meaningful, the experience personal, and the bank worth opening.
Senior .NET Engineer
Financial intelligence for 100M+ users across the world's leading banks.
THE WORK
We're scaling engineering to match a growing business and a full commitment to AI. The platform is in active transformation - performance, architecture, and AI - and the engineers driving it care deeply about getting it right. You'll join one of three squads - each with real ownership, real clients, and real consequences:
You will join one of our core engineering squads, each owning critical parts of our platform:
- Premium Features - Extend, maintain, and re-architect high-value functionality, built for our biggest bank clients. You keep it running, you make it better.
- SaaS Product Reinvention - Take an established product and bring it to the standard it deserves - technically sound, modern, and built for what comes next.
- AI & On-Prem Applications - Own a portfolio of three applications - one AI-powered, all running on-premises inside bank environments. You maintain them, evolve them, and prepare them for a hybrid on-prem/SaaS future.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own services end-to-end - not just features, but their reliability, evolution, and the client relationship around them
- Co-own the squad backlog - you’re not an order-taker; squads are small and autonomous, and you help shape direction aligned with the company’s vision
- Hold a high engineering bar - code reviews, testing discipline, pushing back when shortcuts threaten reliability - not as bureaucracy, but because you care what ships
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Accountability over activity - you own a feature from the first conversation to the client's environment, and you care what happens after it ships
- Business-minded - you understand what's at stake for the client, engage with Product and Commercial as partners, and treat Support tickets as signal, not noise
- Can-do under constraints - on-premises bank environments are demanding; you find a way, not an excuse
- Strong, production-hardened C#/.NET, with real experience in database-heavy systems - this is not CRUD territory
- AI-native - you use AI tools as a natural part of how you work (Cursor & Claude Code)
TECH
Must have: C# / .NET · MSSQL or PostgreSQL
Nice to have: Kafka · Azure · RabbitMQ · GCP · Kubernetes · Terraform · Python · Helm Charts · Fintech
Most systems are on premises at client sites and actively migrating toward cloud. You'll work with real constraints, not just clean-slate architecture.
WHAT YOU GET
- Competitive salary + equity: B2B, 20-29k PLN + VAT, + ESOPs
- Hybrid- 2 days in office, 3 remote
- Private healthcare, fitness, meal & phone allowance
- A team where technical opinions are welcomed, not managed
- Software that runs inside real global banks, used by millions of people every day
HOW WE HIRE
- Screening- 30 min call. Real projects, real decisions, real trade-offs.
- Meet the CTO- 15 min. We want to understand how you think and what you care about. So does he.
- 90 min interview- onsite or call. One real problem (coding + design + AI), system design, and a conversation with a senior team member. AI tools are welcome.
