What You’ll Do
- Lead Webservice Development: Drive the development of our core .NET applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across our systems.
- Design and Implement APIs: Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement RESTful APIs and controllers using .NET (C#), and optimize REST and SOAP services for reliability and performance.
- Develop Modern User Interfaces: Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces for our skiosk product family using .NET and WPF, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
- Contribute to Architecture & System Design: Actively participate in architectural discussions, define best practices, and help shape sustainable and future-ready system designs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with QA, DevOps, Product Management, Global Technical Support, and other development teams in an agile, shared code-ownership environment to deliver high-quality software on time.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Take ownership of complex coding challenges and continuously enhance application performance, stability, and maintainability.
What You Bring
- Multiple years of professional experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core (C#), with strong expertise in webservice development (REST and SOAP).
- Several years of experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with modern software architectures.
- Solid experience with GIT and CI/CD pipelines, as well as agile development processes and tools such as JIRA and Visual Studio.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent written and spoken English; good German skills are an advantage.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and embrace feedback—both giving and receiving—in a collaborative environment.

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,535.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Of course, your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market based on your qualifications.
