Senior Back End Developer- Parking Team

We’re looking for a driven, excellent Senior Backend Developer with a true obsession for technologies, AI, a builder who constantly explore, push boundaries and shares knowledge with others.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex backend projects, from functional specifications and technical design through development, deployment, and production support.
• Partner closely with the Team Lead, contributing to team leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and maintaining high engineering standards.
• Design, develop, and own scalable, production-grade backend systems.
• Architect and lead the development of cloud-native, microservices-based systems and distributed architectures on AWS.
• Work with a variety of data storage technologies and make informed decisions on data architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, DevOps, and Frontend, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Actively leverage AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI coding assistants to accelerate development and improve engineering productivity.
• Design and build reusable AI sub-agents, skills, and templates to scale development workflows across the team.
• Main Tech Stack: Python, .NET Core, AWS, DynamoDB, SQL Server, and more.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a proven ability to own features end-to-end, from design and development through deployment and production support.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or building AI-powered solutions (professionally or through personal projects), with a strong curiosity and drive to apply AI in real-world environments.
• Deep experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS.
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture principles, and design patterns.
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple engineering teams on cross-company initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and a team-oriented approach.
• Passion and curiosity for emerging technologies — a must.
