Job Summary
Your Career
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our elite Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) team. This team is responsible for building new features for the Idira Security product that meet the highest security, stability, and performance standards of the largest enterprises in the world. You will be a key member of a highly talented, cross-functional development team working in a fast-paced, Agile-oriented environment.
Your Impact
- Analyze, design, and develop new features for the CyberArk web interfaces and backend infrastructure from the requirement definition stage to the final deliverable.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable code that meets strict security and performance standards.
- Lead complex technical challenges, demonstrating independence, excellent design capabilities, and strong analytical skills.
- Continuously adopt new technologies, understand them in-depth through rapid self-learning, and apply creative problem-solving to overcome technical hurdles.
- Leverage AI tools and methodologies to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and integrate smart capabilities into the product.
- 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience in C#.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or an elite intelligence unit alumni).
- Proven ability to lead complex technical challenges and work independently.
- Proactive, highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented approach.
- Great interpersonal relations and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of security programming principles and techniques (e.g., encryption, authentication protocols).
- Experience with Front-End technologies (JavaScript, Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS3).
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, design, and development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Experience building AI Agents that can break down complex goals into smaller tasks.
