Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and support of applications and platforms in a support/development environment.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to refine, document, and translate requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Manage code reviews and merges using GitLab.
  • Define application architecture and roadmap, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead technical training.
  • Develop high-quality, maintainable code while enforcing coding best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate them effectively into projects.
  • Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a full-stack .Net developer (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL programming, and reporting.
  • Experience managing code in GitLab and working within Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to work as an FTE based on assessment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting commercial lending and loan lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Jira and working within geographically diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of secure coding standards and software development best practices.
