Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-priority platform modernization initiative. This role will focus on building a unified, AI-enabled system that consolidates multiple existing applications into a scalable platform supporting an IoT device ecosystem. You will play a critical role in the early stages of development, working heavily on front-end development with backend integration, and evolving into a full-stack capacity. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven development within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay rate: $75/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performing applications with a focus on front-end development and seamless backend integration
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of a unified IoT platform
• Utilize AI-driven development tools (preferably Cursor) to accelerate engineering efficiency
• Build and maintain robust code using C#, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure
• Implement automated unit and functional testing to ensure code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project timelines and milestones
• Apply best practices and modern architecture patterns for IoT platform development

Required Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in AI-driven code development tools (preferably Cursor)
• Proficiency in C#, AngularJS, SQL Server, and Azure
• Full stack development experience with a strong emphasis on front-end engineering
• Experience with IoT platform or sensor-based system development
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (unit and functional)
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing AI Agents and production-level AI-agentic orchestration (MCP Server)
• Familiarity with ReactJS, TypeScript, and NodeJS
• Exposure to AWS cloud services and multi-cloud environments
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar databases

Project Overview:

This project is part of an enterprise-wide modernization effort to unify multiple systems into a single, scalable, AI-enabled platform supporting an IoT ecosystem. Currently in its early phase, the initiative has aggressive delivery goals, with key milestones scheduled for June and November. The team is expanding with skilled engineers who can contribute immediately and thrive in a fast-moving development environment.
