Are you passionate about building scalable backend solutions, integrating modern AI technologies, and delivering exceptional support experiences through innovative software engineering?

We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer (.NET) to join a high-performing team focused on developing technology solutions that enhance partner support experiences. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations that connect telephony platforms, AI-powered agents, support systems, and internal applications.

The ideal candidate combines strong C#/.NET development expertise, distributed systems knowledge, cloud platform experience, and a passion for building reliable, scalable, and customer-focused solutions. You will play a key role in developing next-generation support capabilities, including AI-driven voice solutions and intelligent service integrations.


Key Responsibilities

Backend Development & Engineering

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend applications and services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards.
  • Deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Support applications throughout the full software development lifecycle.

API & Integration Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs and platform integrations.
  • Build integrations between telephony systems, AI agents, support platforms, and internal services.
  • Ensure reliable communication between distributed systems and third-party platforms.
  • Support evolving integration requirements as new technologies and capabilities are introduced.

AI & Intelligent Support Solutions

  • Contribute to the development of AI-powered support experiences and automation initiatives.
  • Support integrations with conversational AI, voice technologies, and intelligent agent platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable AI-driven workflows.
  • Help improve support efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

Platform Ownership & Operations

  • Take ownership of features and services from design through production support.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and operational health.
  • Support and enhance internal platforms, including telephony and communication systems.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.

Architecture & Technical Collaboration

  • Participate in discussions related to architecture, infrastructure, AI adoption, and technical strategy.
  • Contribute to the design of distributed, event-driven, and domain-focused systems.
  • Support continuous improvement of engineering practices and technical standards.
  • Help drive scalable and maintainable solution design decisions.

Quality & Engineering Excellence

  • Develop meaningful automated tests to ensure software reliability and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Apply industry best practices to balance quality, speed, and business value.
  • Promote engineering excellence through continuous improvement and innovation.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Develop and deploy applications using modern cloud environments.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
  • Contribute to system observability, monitoring, and operational readiness.
  • Help ensure highly available, resilient, and scalable deployments.


Qualifications

Required

  • Professional experience in software engineering with strong expertise in:
  • C#
  • .NET Framework / .NET Core
  • Backend Development
  • Experience building:
  • RESTful APIs
  • Platform Integrations
  • Distributed Systems
  • Strong understanding of:
  • HTTP Protocols
  • REST Architecture
  • Software Design Principles

  • Experience writing automated unit tests and maintaining code quality.
