Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a team responsible for building and enhancing business-critical applications. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development expertise with leadership skills and is passionate about delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
• Lead the implementation of complex software features and system enhancements.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with APIs, enterprise platforms, messaging systems, and cloud services.
• Drive the adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Mentor and support other developers within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
• Strong experience with:
• C#
• .NET 8+
• ASP.NET Core
• Web APIs
• Entity Framework
• Modern software architecture patterns
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of application security and secure development practices.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational support processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in large global organizations.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production systems.
