People Operations Associate – Recruitment Coordinator

What you'll do

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll help deliver a thoughtful, efficient, and seamless candidate experience. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to coordinate interviews, support recruiting programs, and improve the operational processes that enable Stripe to hire strong talent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters to coordinate interviews and deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates to ensure they are prepared for interviews and have the information they need
  • Support on-site interviews by welcoming candidates, coordinating logistics, and resolving issues in real time
  • Plan and execute recruiting events, including job fairs, technical talks, partnership events, and other talent engagement activities
  • Coordinate event logistics, including travel, catering, swag, vendor coordination, and venue support, as needed
  • Support the planning and delivery of internship program events and engagement initiatives for Stripe’s intern community
  • Build, document, and improve administrative processes to ensure recruiting operations are efficient and consistent
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and hiring information
  • Develop expertise in Stripe recruiting processes and take on increasingly complex responsibilities over time

Minimum requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, operations, event coordination, customer support, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing schedules, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, clear, and candidate-focused approach
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and external vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Strong operational execution and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. based on business needs
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% during peak recruiting cycles, as needed

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience supporting industry recruiting, high-volume interview scheduling, internship programs, or recruiting events
  • Experience using applicant-tracking systems, scheduling tools, or other recruiting operations platforms
  • A creative and process-oriented mindset, with an interest in improving workflows and the candidate experience
  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders in a collaborative, service-oriented environment
