What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• Responsible for AML & Fraud, SCF, Loan, Data & Regulatory Squad
• Analyze business/user requirements and provide recommendations on how to address those needs
• Ensure that the development team delivers work with high quality standards
• Identify issues based on the given level of access authority
• Implement changes to resolve identified issues using proven solutions
• Review the analysis of user requirements and provide input on the estimated effort required
• Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Oversee code and understand workflows as well as troubleshooting solutions
• Handle complex programming tasks and conduct code reviews
• Work closely with the project team in preparation for handover as part of production support readiness

What Is Required and What We’re Looking For

• Deep understanding of software engineering practices and best practices across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Technical experience in supporting applications such as Application & Transaction Fraud Detection & Monitoring, Regulatory Reporting (BI, OJK, PPATK), and Digital Loan.
• Technical experience in developing microservices using Java or .NET.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as Google Cloud or other public cloud platforms.
• Experience with at least one type of messaging/queue system (e.g., Apache Kafka, MQ, SQS, etc.).
• Broad proficiency in various technologies, including REST/Web Service APIs, Python, Spring Boot, Kubernetes deployments, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience in managing datasets and understanding data models within applications, as well as ETL processes.
• Ability to influence others and identify optimal solutions among multiple stakeholders.
• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
