Senior Fullstack Developer - Indonesia

About This Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can design and build reliable backend services and responsive frontend applications. This role focuses on translating product requirements into well-structured technical solutions and maintaining systems that support production workloads.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features, improve existing systems, and contribute to engineering practices that support maintainable and scalable software.

What You’ll Do

Backend Development

• Design and build backend services and RESTful APIs that support product functionality.
• Develop and maintain applications using Node.js or C# (.NET / .NET Core).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and API security practices.
• Optimize services for performance and reliability in production environments.
• Work with stream-processing systems where applicable.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop frontend components using React.js and maintain legacy interfaces where required.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Structure reusable components and maintain clean frontend architecture.

Data & Database Management

• Design and maintain relational database schemas.
• Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Manage databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Implement indexing, transactions, and data models that support application performance.

Engineering Practices & Collaboration

• Write maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Review code and contribute to shared engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems.

Delivery & Operations

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Use Git for version control and code collaboration.
• Support monitoring, logging, and debugging of production systems.
• Work with containerization tools where applicable.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience building backend services using Node.js or C# (.NET / .NET Core).
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and experience building frontend applications with React.js.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to write optimized SQL queries and understand data modeling concepts.
• Experience using Git and working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to microservices architectures.
• Experience working on high-transaction systems.
• Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing practices.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
