About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and APIs using modern Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/PCF), and containerized application development. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, and Web API.
• Build, consume, and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with SOAP-based web services.
• Develop secure, high-performance backend services supporting enterprise and customer-facing applications.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and PCF.
• Support cloud deployments, infrastructure configuration, and deployment automation.
• Write and maintain unit tests using MSTest and xUnit to ensure application quality.
• Utilize Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket for source code management and version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure code quality through best development practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, Web API 2.0, IIS, Visual Studio, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience developing and consuming REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Experience with Docker and cloud deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or PCF.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience with Terraform or cloud infrastructure management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
• Experience writing unit tests using MSTest or xUnit.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OAuth authentication and secure API development.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application architecture and microservices.
• Familiarity with deployment strategies, auto-scaling, and cloud monitoring.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale distributed applications.
