Full Stack .NET Developer

Allied Consultants, Inc is a proudly Austin based firm with over 34 years of experience delivering top-tier technical and business professionals within Texas State Agencies. We are currently seeking an experience Full Stack .NET Developer to play a key role within a high-impact technical services team.

Work Location:

Hybrid. Candidates must be local to Austin, TX**

Responsibilities

Performs highly complex or advanced (senior-level) computer programming work involving analyzing system specifications to develop software for computer applications; developing solution software; documenting the methods and procedures used in software development; and testing, correcting, and revising software. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for applications using C# and the .NET framework in both client/server and Azure web-based applications. All work must be done with a security mindset.

• Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies or solutions independently.
• A strong desire to grow and advance within an organization with an opportunistic landscape.
• Preference is for candidates to be temp to hire eligible.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

5 years of:

• Experience developing and maintaining software applications using C#

4 years of:

• Experience with .NET and Entity Framework Core
• Experience participating in code reviews
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Working with Azure DevOps or similar source control
• Experience with UI development tools (such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap)

Preferred:

3 years of:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with enterprise or design architecture

2 years of:

• Experience with code first methodology
• Experience with Azure SQL or SQL Server
• Experience writing automated unit tests

1 year of:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
