Full Stack .NET Developer

The developer will perform advanced analysis, application design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support activities while working independently in an Agile development environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, views, functions, and query performance tuning.
- Perform Oracle database support and migrate legacy Oracle data into SQL Server environments.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports for operational and business reporting.
- Design, implement, and support cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, including deployment, monitoring, storage, and security.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues across the full technology stack.
- Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and support regression testing activities.
- Transform and migrate legacy applications and data into modern web-based enterprise solutions.
- Monitor application performance, reliability, security, and data integrity while proactively resolving issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
- Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools to automate builds, deployments, and testing.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, and release activities.
- Contribute to coding standards, solution architecture, and development best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Support enterprise initiatives while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, security policies, and organizational best practices.
- 11+ years of full stack application development using:
- .NET Core
- C#
- React JS
- JavaScript
- HTML
- CSS
- 11+ years of experience with SQL Server including:
- Data modeling
- Query optimization
- Stored procedures
- Performance tuning
- 11+ years of Oracle database experience including legacy data migration to SQL Server.
- 11+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and data transformation solutions.
- 11+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including application hosting, storage, deployment, and security.
- 11+ years of experience converting legacy applications into modern web-based solutions.
- 11+ years of experience performing legacy data transformation and migration activities.
- 11+ years of experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
- Strong experience with application troubleshooting, production support, and enterprise application development.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including Section 508 compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- 8+ years of experience performing data migrations within government or highly regulated environments.
- 8+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- 6+ years of experience supporting Texas state agencies, healthcare organizations, or other public sector clients.
- Experience designing scalable cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Experience with enterprise reporting, technical architecture, and application modernization initiatives.
