Senior Data Engineer - London (Hybrid) - Up to £65,000

We're supporting a leading organisation to deliver diverse transformation programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Engineer to play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale data and AI solutions, while providing technical leadership across complex projects. You'll work alongside highly skilled engineers, architects, and data specialists to build innovative data platforms that support advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives.

The Role:

Using technologies such as SQL, Python and modern cloud platforms, you'll construct data pipelines while developing and maintaining data architectures in a cloud-agnostic environment - shaping the technical direction of the business. Alongside the hands-on development, you'll cooperate with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data solutions, all while contributing to the growth of the wider data function.

Key Skills & Expeience:

• Proven experience around data delivery and solutions engineering within data and AI.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL language.
• Strong experience designing, building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of data architecture and modelling practices.
• Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives in data engineering environments.
• Ability to mentor and support juniors.
