Lead .NET Developer

This role supports the development and production operations of a leading financial technology and banking organization focused on delivering seamless, affordable, and secure banking solutions for consumers and businesses. You will work in an AI-driven software development environment to design, develop, test, and support production-grade solutions. The role also involves collaboration with U.S. and offshore teams, production support responsibilities, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions within the financial services domain.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Deliver quality code every milestone.
• Support releases when it happens in India time
• Production incident support during India hours and transition to US

Lead Level Responsibilities

• Interface with US stakeholders and India team
• Be the POC for any escalations from US
• Responsible and accountable for ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries, not only from themselves but also from the offshore team
• Experience in AI assisted coding is another bonus

Requirements

• .NET development background
• Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes with Microsoft .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server), Azure services (API Management, Azure SQL, AKS, and Cosmos DB, Rabbit MQ)
• Has experience in Cloud Design Patterns and can come up with Detailed Designs for new applications/modules
• Strong background in object-oriented development techniques
• Write clean, testable code and adhere to coding standards
• Operate in an AI driven SDLC environment:
• Translate stakeholder conversations into structured specifications using AI copilots.
• Collaborate with generative AI to iterate on user flows, interfaces, and architectures.
• Pair program with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to write, refactor, and test code in real-time.
• Write, test and produce production grade code in financial services without relying on testing by other groups
• Implement intelligent testing frameworks that auto-generate test cases, predict bugs, and enable self-healing.
• Leverage code assistants and go through large code bases, identify opportunities and make changes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar.
