Position Overview

• Senior Backend Developer joining a high-performing core engineering team to design, build, and scale gaming platforms serving hundreds of thousands of active users.
• Leading the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of complex features in C#, taking full ownership from initial architecture through production release.
• Engineering, benchmarking, and optimizing high-throughput RESTful APIs within a low-latency, high-performance production environment.
• Managing and scaling data persistence layers across a diverse database matrix, utilizing MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Backend Architecture, C# .NET Engineering, High-Traffic Scalability, REST API Design, Mobile Gaming Infrastructure, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Performance Tuning, and Cloud Ecosystems.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of active, hands-on professional experience strictly dedicated to Backend Software Development – Mandatory
• Proven track record of leading complex technical features end-to-end, taking full architectural and execution ownership from initial code to production deployment – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge and deep practical experience working with relational or non-relational database engines (MongoDB or SQL variants) – Mandatory
• Exceptional analytical capability and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, self-driven approach to system troubleshooting and architecture – Mandatory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface smoothly with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams – Mandatory
• Prior experience designing and optimizing robust, high-scale RESTful APIs – Strong Advantage
• Technical familiarity with public cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – Advantage
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization and memory tuning within high-concurrency, high-traffic web environments – Advantage
