The Role
- Take responsibility from day one and grow with the company
- Be a hands-on coder, writing high-quality code
- Explain technical work clearly to clients and colleagues
- Analyze customer challenges and design pragmatic solutions
- Implement solutions in code
- Act as a central point of contact for junior colleagues
- Proficiency in at least one of these stacks: Java/Kotlin/C# for backend, a JS Single Page Framework for frontend, or Mobile Dev for Android/iOS
- Openness and motivation to deepen your knowledge and learn new stacks
- A passion for coding combined with a consulting mindset
- Ability to clearly explain the value of your technical work to others
