Senior AI‑First Software Engineer

We’re hiring a senior engineer to design and deliver AI-first, enterprise-grade applications across modern cloud environments.

What you’ll build:

• AI-powered applications (including a Microsoft Store product)
• Copilot Studio agents + Power Automate workflows
• Scalable .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, APIs) backend services
• Enterprise integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, messaging)
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform)
• Automated test frameworks (Playwright, xUnit/NUnit)

Core technical expertise:

• AI-first development: GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, MCP
• Azure AI stack: Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, RAG (embeddings, vector search, hybrid retrieval)
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure (preferred), containers, observability (App Insights, Prometheus/Grafana)
• Data & integration: SQL, EF Core, event-driven architecture, API-first design
• Automation: Copilot Studio + Power Automate (custom connectors, workflows)

Nice to have: React/Angular, vector DBs (Azure AI Search/Pinecone), data platforms (ADF/Synapse/Fabric), M365 extensibility
