Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer (.NET / React)

I’m working with a genuinely interesting SaaS company building out a product-led growth team focused on improving customer onboarding, engagement, and conversion through engineering, product, and data.

This is not a “sit quietly and close Jira tickets” kind of role.

They want an engineer who:

• Loves building products
• Thinks about the customer experience constantly
• Uses AI heavily in their workflow
• Enjoys collaborating with Product & Marketing
• Gets excited by improving things, not just maintaining them

Tech-wise, they’re looking for:

• C# / .NET experience
• Full stack capability
• Some React / JavaScript / TypeScript exposure
• Someone comfortable shipping features end-to-end

The sweet spot is probably 3–5 years’ experience, but mindset matters more than years on paper. Strong communicators, aggressive learners, and people who genuinely care about craft will do well here.
