Job Description

This role is to support DA Delivery and Operations teams by ensuring high standards of project data quality, operational governance, and process execution across multiple countries and services. Objective of the role includes data validation, query management, issue resolution activities, improve process compliance, and support automation initiatives that reduce manual intervention and improve project execution consistency.
The role works closely with DA Delivery, Country Operations, Validation team, and other stakeholders to establish scalable controls, standardize practices, and continuously improve data and operational quality across projects and markets.

Data Quality Monitoring & Project Coordination:

  • Support country-level project setup activities in collaboration with DA COE and DA Delivery teams, ensuring projects are configured accurately and on time.
  • Track project progress across service lines and maintain project trackers to support timely delivery and milestone completion.
  • Extract and consolidate project data, photos, and supporting information for services such as RRES, SFA, TD, and other DA initiatives.
  • Coordinate with DA Delivery Leads and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely review, validation, and closure of project-related activities.
  • Perform data quality checks and assist in identifying, documenting, and correcting data discrepancies across service projects.
  • Prepare and maintain KPI tracking reports and dashboards, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and outstanding actions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Data Science, Validation & Reporting, DA Delivery, Commercial teams, to support data requests, issue resolution, and project execution.
  • Support query management by coordinating investigations, organizing physical back-check activities with local teams, and tracking resolution and closure of identified issues.
  • Monitor project performance indicators and highlight potential risks, delays, or SLA concerns to the DA Delivery Lead for timely intervention.
  • Develop working knowledge of A2S/POS operations, vendor management processes, crowdsourcing operations, and asset management to effectively support project activities.

Automation & Process Improvement Support:

  • Identify manual and repetitive operational activities that could benefit from automation or process improvements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of automated reports, dashboards, validation checks, and monitoring tools.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to implement process enhancements and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain standardized trackers, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency across projects and countries.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting process gaps, challenges, and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Monitor process performance and provide insights to help reduce turnaround times and improve data quality.
  • Assist in testing and validating new reporting tools, automated solutions, and operational controls before deployment.
  • Promote adherence to established processes, quality standards, and best practices within project teams.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Statistics, Market Research, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, data management, or market research environments.
  • Experience working in a multi-country or regional support environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of market research services, products, and methodologies is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Comfortable working with data, performing data validation, and preparing reports to support project monitoring and decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in multi country languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement:

  • Interest in identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, operational excellence, or standardization initiatives is preferred.
  • Ability to contribute ideas for automation and workflow enhancements that improve productivity and data quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to support issue resolution activities and contribute to preventive process improvements.
