Senior C# .Net Software Engineer (React)

Worksite Location: Hybrid; 4 days in the office, 1 remote each week (Maple Grove, MN)
Pay Range
- Up to $145K salary + bonus

- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver business-driven solutions
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization alongside engineering leadership
- Ensure high-quality code delivery through best practices, testing, and continuous improvement
- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across projects and proactively communicate to stakeholders
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Support the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and engineering practices to improve team effectiveness
- Must have senior-level expertise with React to be considered
- 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering or application development
- Strong experience building web applications using modern frameworks
- Backend development experience with C#/.Net
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development principles
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex technical challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Continuous learning mindset with a desire to stay current on emerging technologies and best practices
