Lead C# .Net Software Engineer (React or Angular)

Worksite Location: Hybrid in Maple Grove, MN; 4 days in the office, 1 day remote each week -OR- Fully Remote for candidates who live over an hour commute from Maple Grove, MN
Salary Range
- Up to $155K salary + bonus
- No work visa sponsorship available; no C2C, thank you

- Serve as a technical leader supporting feature teams by clarifying scope, priorities, and delivery expectations
- Facilitate feature kickoff and planning sessions, assigning work across development teams as appropriate
- Define features and acceptance criteria, develop effort estimates, and document assumptions, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to elevate development practices, code quality, and cross-team communication
- Partner with platform and shared services teams as needed to align on architecture and integration effort
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in non-production environments, coordinating with multiple teams to drive resolution
- Act as a release leader, supporting deployment activities and ensuring production readiness
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes and technical standards
- 6+ years of progressive professional software development experience
- 4+ years of experience providing technical leadership, including setting architectural direction and mentoring engineers
- Strong hands-on experience with modern Microsoft-based technology stacks, including .NET (Framework and Core), C#, JavaScript, and relational databases
- 1+ years of React experience (ideally) - open to considering strong Angular experience if not skilled with React
- Experience working with microservices-based architectures and distributed systems
- Solid background in analysis, system design, and full lifecycle application development
- Demonstrated experience with process modeling, data modeling, performance optimization, and application monitoring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
