Our challenge
We are seeking three Software Engineers with strong .NET experience to support the development, maintenance, and modernization of enterprise applications across web, API, and backend systems. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and ongoing enhancement of core business applications that support day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, a solid understanding of software engineering best practices, and the ability to work across both legacy and modern application environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing applications, implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support controlled deployments using established development and release management practices.
The Role: Software Engineer (.NET)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Write, modify, and support software solutions using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / .NET, Web API, and related technologies.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective, scalable, and reliable application solutions.
- Support day-to-day development activities across web, API, backend, and integration environments.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for application and system issues.
- Conduct impact analysis for application changes, enhancements, and production fixes.
- Work with development tools, frameworks, and platforms such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and fixes.
- Follow source control, CI/CD, and change management processes using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Support application testing, deployment, and post-implementation validation.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Software Engineer or .NET Developer.
- Strong understanding of application development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / .NET, Web API, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and impact analysis in enterprise application environments.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Git and development lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple development tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering stable, high-quality solutions.
