Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sitefinity / .NET Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise web applications and content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Sitefinity, with hands-on experience building scalable web solutions, integrating APIs, and supporting application deployments across multiple environments.

This role requires a solid understanding of modern web development, software development best practices, source control, CI/CD processes, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and content management solutions using Sitefinity, C#, and .NET technologies.
• Build and support applications using ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core, depending on application architecture and Sitefinity version.
• Develop reusable web components, templates, widgets, and user interface functionality using Razor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Customize and extend Sitefinity CMS functionality based on business and technical requirements.
• Integrate Sitefinity and other enterprise applications with internal and external systems using REST APIs and JSON.
• Troubleshoot application, content, integration, and performance-related issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Work with SQL Server to query data, troubleshoot application issues, and support content and data storage requirements.
• Implement web application best practices related to authentication, authorization, caching, performance, and security.
• Apply secure development principles and general OWASP security concepts throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure solutions follow established coding standards and development best practices.
• Use Git and GitHub for source control and follow established branching and version control strategies.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, environment management, and release workflows.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, business, and QA teams to successfully deliver technical solutions.
• Assist with application hosting and infrastructure activities involving AWS, particularly EC2 environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for application components, integrations, and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience with C# and the .NET framework/ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Sitefinity CMS development and customization.
• Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience using Razor for .NET web user interface development.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, including basic querying and application troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of GitHub branching strategies and source control best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, application deployments, environment management, and release workflows.
• Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including authentication, authorization, caching, application performance, and web security.
• Familiarity with OWASP concepts and secure development practices.
• Basic foundational knowledge of AWS, particularly Amazon EC2.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Additional or advanced Sitefinity experience.
• Experience with Alteryx.
• Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool).
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations using Power BI.
• Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud-based application architectures and enterprise web environments.
