The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Systems Analyst & Developer professional for this full-time ongoing opportunity who will:

• Design, develop and maintain internal software applications and business systems.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation technologies.
• Develop operational, financial and performance reports using SQL, Power BI and reporting platforms.
• Build dashboards that provide meaningful business insights and support decision-making.
• Analyse, validate and manage data across multiple business systems.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Provide first-line IT support to internal staff, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Configure user accounts, computers and business applications.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, data migrations and technology projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and promote secure development practices.
• Work collaboratively across departments to deliver practical technology solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate The Following

• Experience in software development, systems analysis, reporting or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience developing applications using one or more of the following:
• C#
• Python
• Java
• JavaScript
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Excel or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and security.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support users across the organisation.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline (desirable).
• Experience working with AI technologies, automation or Large Language Models (desirable).
