CRM Developer

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced CRM Developer to design, develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within a collaborative and delivery-focused team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Power Pages, who enjoys building scalable solutions that improve business processes and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Build and enhance Power Pages (Power Apps Portals), Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, APIs and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Dataverse with external systems using REST APIs and web services.
• Support data migration, cleansing and ongoing data quality initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and maintain CRM performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and provide user support where required.

About You

• 6+ years' experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong experience with Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, HTML and CSS.
• Experience developing CRM plugins, custom workflows and API integrations.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are highly regarded.
