A Leading SaaS organisation with a global product is looking for a driven, enthusiastic and versatile developer to work across on a range of technology stacks, undertaking both new build, tech migration and maintenance across its suite of product offerings.

You’ll have good communication skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with the role and the company, enjoying exploring new ways to delivering information and knowledge for our customers and helping to ensure our platforms remain beloved by our customers.

Job Duties:

• Design, develop, test and maintain code across all layers, ensuring functional objectives are met and application stability maintained through the creation of automated test suites
• Work cohesively within a small agile development team
• Manage priorities, goals and deliverables across different product-lines and feature-sets
• Engage in discussions on application architecture as well as overall product roadmap
• Participate in code review, test and validation activities, as well as create relevant documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

Ideal candidate must be a self-motivated software developer with proven experience working with the Microsoft .NET stack, comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organisation with a rapidly expanding customer base.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
• Two or more years experience working within a development team
• Proven experience with C# and both Microsoft .NET Framework and .NET Core
• Working knowledge of relational databases, and in particular of the T-SQL language
• Curiosity for technology with a desire to learn new things and solve problems
• Ability to use initiative, demonstrate adaptability and take accountability for achieving results, along with strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills
• Highly organised with great presentation, communication and documentation skills

The following would also be highly advantageous when applying for this role:

• Experience designing and building RESTful API services
• Experience with either Angular and/or React
• Knowledge of web-based front-end technologies including HTML5, Javascript and CSS
• Experience with statistical analysis frameworks, natural language and machine learning especially in Python
• Experience with development tooling, including Git as well as ticket management solutions
