Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for leading technical teams in the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications using .NET Framework, C#, and Angular. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership capabilities, hands-on development expertise, and experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using .NET, C#, and Angular.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers to define requirements and delivery timelines.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application performance.
- Implement software design patterns, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Support Agile development methodologies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API
- Hands-on expertise in Angular
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience leading development teams in Agile environments
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL Server, and enterprise application development
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
