Job Description
The RPA Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated processes using RPA tools. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify automation opportunities and ensure the smooth operation of automated workflows.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in RPA development.
- Extensive experience with RPA tools such as UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing RPA projects.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

- C# / VB.NET, JavaScript, SQL
- Ability to design workflows visually using RPA platforms
- Understanding state machines, decision trees, and logical flow to automate tasks
- Knowledge of best practices in RPA development, including error handling, exception management, scalability, reusability, and modularity
- Optimization techniques to ensure that robots run efficiently and don’t consume unnecessary resources
- Working with APIs for integrating with external systems and applications
- Using Web Services (REST/SOAP) to interact with various applications
- Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from multiple sources like Excel, databases, and web applications
- Version Control
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git to manage the codebase and collaborate in teams
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot RPA bots to ensure they run as expected
- Logs analysis, error handling, and implementing recovery mechanisms for smoother bot operations
- Experience in testing the automation scripts and bots using both manual and automated testing approaches
- Experience using tools like Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of RPA bots
- Knowledge of environments and deployment workflows (Dev, Test, Prod) in RPA projects
- Ability to monitor bot performance using dashboards or logging systems
- Gathering analytics to measure RPA performance and productivity
- Knowledge of security principles to safeguard sensitive data and implement secure automation processes
- Handling credentials and sensitive data with encryption and secure storage
