Senior Integration Developer

Location & Schedule:
- This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- The role may be performed onsite at our Hastings, Michigan headquarters or in a hybrid arrangement. We will also consider remote candidates who reside in one of our operating states: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin.
- Design, develop, and deploy complex system integrations that align with business needs.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical design specifications.
- Program and configure components across integrations, plug-ins, and messaging systems.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to present solution options and provide effort estimates.
- Follow established SDLC processes for coding, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Promote and apply best practices and coding standards to enhance development productivity.
- Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on emerging technologies.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on systems integration.
- Expertise in Microservice Architecture, .NET 8/9, and modern integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of client/server and database concepts.
- Experience working with IDE tools and utilities within a collaborative development environment.
- Background in Property & Casualty Insurance preferred.
- Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
