Job Title: .NET Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA - Hybrid

Duration: 12 Months of Contract

Job Summary

Under direct supervision, the .NET Developer will design, code, test, modify, and debug computer software to support business operations. You will research and analyze program or system problems, develop technical documentation, and translate business requirements into secure, maintainable code. The role also includes supporting configuration of all aspects of the COTS application to ensure alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET framework

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and system issues

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Develop and maintain program documentation, including design specs and user guides

Support configuration, customization, and maintenance of COTS applications

Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and other developers to deliver reliable software

Ensure code follows security best practices and maintainability standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field

Foundational knowledge of software development lifecycle and coding best practices

Experience working with software development organizations and Agile teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)

Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies

Familiarity with COTS application configuration and support
